WARRANTY TERMS

​

Warranty is back to base and covers all electricals, we will reimburse the freight if the issue is found to be on our side, it will then be fixed and returned at our expense. If the fault is found to be at the users end then a charge to repair will be issued. It doesn't however, cover wear and tear or damage to the cabinet. 

​

Freight damages need to be reported within 7 days.

There is a 30 day window for refund warranty if item arrived damaged or not as described.

​

Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee and have a 30 day window. Item will need to be shipped back at your expense

​

Emulators aren't perfect and some games may not work right

​
